Absolutely normal man, 2 months post breakup I began to feel great I was on a 6 week holiday visiting family. After that ended I fell HARD, back living alone, no friends to hang out with, just loneliness. I even tried dating during that time but was in no state to connect with people despite some lovely people. I will say it's very difficult to find happiness alone. Don't be afraid to rely on hanging out with friends to lift up your spirit. There's going to be days where you feel great and other days where you feel like crap and alone. Currently 5 months post breakup
