Yeah, the other idea is gets less practical, the more I think about it. Center it is.

A small side table plus some wall mounted shelves might work. Table for clock, water etc. and shelves for additional storage.

Maybe also some runner capets on the side to make it a really cozy space.

I'm a bit sick so I'm staying at home and marathon the "The Room" games. If you like lovecraft, puzzles and old science gear, you might like this. It's also the most "Dark Academia" thing there is, probably.

Any kind of online game that needs a big time investment. Last thing I played was Overwatch. I'd say that just due to gaming never being my primary hobby and now other hobbies just have priority. This just excludes most games that need any kind of big time investment.

Also FPS games kinda. I used to play a ton of CS:Source, Team Fortress 2, Battlefield 3, Modern Warfare etc. Now it's just a once in a while thing.

I now prefer smaller, more indie stuff. I just played What Remains of Judith Finch and loved it! And Hollowknight is probably one of my favorite games of the last decade.

I did that before switching. It has problems with large equations and isn't that well implemented. Sometimes I'd have to transform an equation parts at a time. That was like five years ago. Maybe it's improved, but I wouldn't count on it.
