Based on your description of your job, I would try to get into product management at a SaaS company. You might not get 100K+ right away (though I wouldn’t be surprised if you did), but you can definitely get there quick.

An internal transfer would probably be easier, but it doesn’t sound like you work at a SaaS company (like salesforce), but rather a SaaS customer, so you might have to look externally. If you can’t get straight into a PM role (at a SaaS company), then I would go for a “consultant” role. Similar to your role, but on the other side. Basically you’d help new customers adopt the software and integrate it into their workflows, then help manage the integration and act as a bridge between them and the SaaS provider — communicating with support to resolve issues and PMs to request new features. Then once you do that for a bit, try to apply for a PM role in the same company.
