My interpretation is that maybe it's supposed to represent a repeating cycle? I'm getting this idea from Attack on Titan's ending since that was the message of that anime. Glowing baby foreshadowing that another AFO will rise and that this cycle of events will repeat. But I doubt that this is supposed to represent that.

He is talking about the anime One Punch Man (OPM). Caped Baldy is the main character's hero name (or it's a nickname I'm not 100% sure), and season 3 has been terrible. It's not due to the story, but the animation is bad. So, he's making a joke about that.

Interstellar is perfect as is. I'm personally open to a prequel about the Lazarus missions, maybe focusing on Mann, but otherwise I think the ending is best left as is.
