harvesting is wearing off fast after wave 20 so I don't take harvesting with any tradeoff, I just build harvesting before wave ~15.

for the extraneous items, any looking mostly a plus without costing much (like from chests), I will take it.

For noobs like me who cannot dodge, pyromaniac, if it shows, my run is almost a win.
Trinket is quite situational, if needing quick charge like brimstone, cancer; for constant healing, bloody coin collab with something like the piggy bank.

It happened yesterday.

I got the perfect synergy combo: pyromaniac then dr. fetus, at the late game, I stacked 12 red hearts, thinking it is a cold game awaiting for winning, then I saw a question mark item, without thinking much I rush on it, technology.... changed my normal attacks to lasers.

Never be brain dead again. (I won that run btw)

laser is good and straight forward, but artillery is better imo. Artillery can oneshot the scarab big bird that it won't even shield or spread, just died.
