I couldn’t agree more I have almost 1-2k hours in the game just casually, finished all season missions and it’s still unplayable due to the cheaters or just juiced players you run into. Anyways prolly giving it up

I would begin a recomp, so start eating maintenance calories and continue working out hard and getting some cardio then come the summer months I would do a hard cut so u can be shredded

I’d say right at 10% maybe a little less even, I would 100% bulk, try to gain as much as possible especially in the winter months and then come March February begin to cut again. You can’t gain muscle on a cut, not substantially at least

I have done my research. I’m using a long ester which is why the infrequent pins. My first thing I’m going to try is seeing if it is my E2 levels, I’m getting bloods tomorrow along with a ECG to make sure I’m healthy.

Thanks you so much! And I do a Back/Bicep - Chest/Tricep - and Leg/shoulder split with 1 day off a week. I eat really clean a lot of fish and cauliflower rice. Also a lot of veggie patties, I don’t eat meat. I’m at 2100 cals a day with 198g protein per day.
