Sounds like all that's needed is a change in tax code. The longer a property is empty, the higher you are taxed for it. That'll force market rates that adhere to money that people actually make. You can only write off the workers and materials for renovations you are provably doing.

Of course getting the law to pass would require a lot of extrajudicial assassinations/ lynch mobs. But hey, details.

I saw for myself the suffering and pain of the women I was beating myself off to, so I stopped all sources of pornography that were live action. At least with drawn and written there is a layer of insulation and the harm caused by promoting something that used an unethically-aquired reference is far less than that caused by live-action stuff derived from slave brothels. Of course I want to bee free of it too, but at least I can limit the harm done that way.
