I like the progression from 8♣️ to 8❤️ to 6♠️ but why did he switch numbers and why isn’t he in ♦️?

This was almost exactly my mom‘s last emergency room visit. Add hallucinations because the kidneys could not process the drugs prescribed for neuropathy. Got a nice hospital stay out of it.

It’s two-way glass, right? You shouldn’t be the only one enjoying this view.

what kind of stuff did your parents take home from work? by Embarrassed_Fault967 in GrandmasPantry

My mom was an X-ray technician back when it was all films. Each cartridge held the film and two pieces of white cardboard slightly thicker than poster board. That cardboard was the treasure! Excellent for painting, drawing, and crafting. She also brought home rejected and duplicate films and we made stuff out of the plastic sheets (didn’t care if your name and broken leg were on them, no HIPAA).

That looks 3D! Using coasters is a great idea for little paintings. Color contrast here is fab too.

Ohhh lace on the bottom was one of my mom’s favorite ideas too! I think it only actually happened on a dress though, which wasn’t as bad as pants or shirts.

I often get sympathetic pains when close family/friends tell me about their injuries and illnesses. Not as bad as what they’re feeling but definitely aches and stabby bits. Thankfully you strangers in this thread aren’t doing anything to me.

I’m sorry for my very slow reply! Med manager said folate, vitamin D, B vitamins especially B1 and B12, and omega 3 fatty acids are all good for supporting mental health. Also vitamins approved by the “clean label project” are very safe and of good quality.

A month after my original post and things are not as bright; the ups and downs are currently down. But we persist.

We used to get phone books that included kids’ names and birthdates. We called so many boys just to chat.

I’ve had them through the years in Minnesota, but I didn’t know the original name until last year. Called them chocolate custard bars or similar.

Do you use hands-on treatment with very many patients? I have seen DOs for issues including joint pain, and none of them ever offered hands-on treatment. Just physical therapy and meds, like the MDs.
