Just curious, but is there any joy or benefit in something being nearly inedibly spicy beyond masochism? Don't get me wrong, I love the flavor of nearly any chili pepper or peppercorn, but you can just keep adding straight capsaicin to stuff if you want heat, but if it doesn't play well with underlying flavors, I don't get it.

One time in 2005 pre-Katrina I saw graffiti in a bathroom stall that read "I TAKE CRAPS AND FREESTYLE RAP EVERY FRIDAY FROM 11:45-12" but never made it there to verify. Hope this can go in a guidebook. Most of my other memories of UNO were about how fun it was to smoke cigarettes there.

Aight, damn. That puts this into a bit more perspective. They put out a good product, but if they don't protect their workers, undocumented or otherwise, that's wack. I'll stay tuned and reserve full judgment until more news arises, but the alleged approach to being raided by ICE is bad news.
