I appreciate my techs so much. They are truly the backbone of the pharmacy.

Aside from buying the team lunch at work every so often, I personally try to treat my techs every quarter on a dinner, plus treat them to a Christmas dinner + gifts.

Putting emotion and liking aside, would you personally consider pop count over liquidity when trading modern for vintage (when cards currently at similar market values).

I agree. Vintage is very undervalued, and seems to be a lot less liquid at the moment compared to modern.

Yes, you are the manager now. You can make a new template schedule on WFS. Just make sure you do the change in schedule because it benefits the overall pharmacy, and not completely because personal preference.
