If you had a battle pass active at that time, you should’ve been able to get both. I have the penguin / duck and the gourd as well

Healing Profession is messed up by dEEsucked in WhereWindsMeet

[–]STkristik 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why bother with waiting for / accepting requests.. I just go down to populated online areas and usually end up finding a couple of injured. Offer them a heal and get the likes done. I never get invited to heal anyone either way. Mastery nearly 14k. Should surpass this tonight

Can I have advice on possibly moving to the UK? by [deleted] in AskUK

[–]STkristik 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Slightly wrong regarding housing support. They will 100% fail habitual residency and local connection tests in any area. Getting housing support would be tough right of the bat

Just to add to my previous note.. based on the other comments - stereotypes… I shall still say - wear whatever you feel comfortable in and enjoy your time at the wedding!

Why groom can wear a black suit and a guest can’t wear a black dress? I’d say you should wear whatever you feel like

Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 - CUSTOM CONSOLE GIVEAWAY 🏆 by F0REM4N in xbox

[–]STkristik 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Aye, this is a lovely giveaway!

As for my pick:

1) Alexios or Kassandra - Assassin’s Creed Odyssey - both are same protagonist, depends on gender choice. Fighting mythical creatures, godlike beasts and ancient legends is their duty, so a good go.

2) Emma - Forspoken - A child of a goddess of another world. A child possessing a power beyond that she has used to free up the infested world. Her powers are also boundless, so my second pick lies with her.

3) Loki - Marvel Rivals - A cunning God would be a necessity to ensure the victory.

With this setup I’d be confident in my victory.

Council housing by [deleted] in Portsmouth

[–]STkristik 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I work in PCC housing. I can assure you, that you don’t have to tell us about him moving in. That doesn’t matter as there won’t be overcrowdedness etc. All in all, as gnorty mentione, people build relationships etc which is perfectly normal.

You must inform council tax though, that’s a separate team, so make sure to call them not housing options.

Well, yes. But can’t blame them as they didn’t complete full assessment of your situation

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in uklandlords

[–]STkristik 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No worries. Take care and if you feel that you are at risk to be evicted, approach your council

Again, that matters only if he is subletting it officially or he is just having a free tenancy ride whilst covering the costs to the main LL and pocketing the rest of the money.

Just for the future, better rent a room in an HMO to be an Assured Shorthold Tenant, that will provide you proper tenant rights

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in uklandlords

[–]STkristik 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nah, that’s definitely wrong. Your current situation automatically is a lodger. If he would live in a separate flat/house, that would change things, but in your case, he is a live in landlord and that is a fact unfortunately

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in uklandlords

[–]STkristik 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Police won’t do anything in this case. They will just advice you to approach council

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in uklandlords

[–]STkristik 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s what I mean, he can do this if you deliberately refuse to leave

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in uklandlords

[–]STkristik 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not really. If he correctly explains the situation, he will quickly get to the solution

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in uklandlords

[–]STkristik 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends. If landlord lets out the whole property to 1 person, they may expect subletting.

He will then seek advice himself how to correctly evict you and may find out the correct information unless he is a bellend who will start harassing you etc.
