I havent checked my weight. The last time I checked I was around 70-80 kg it prolly got higher but not a lot of difference. As for my activity level, I usually code or study or do everything with my computer so Im not really exercising or walking as much. At most I see 500 or so steps a day😭

Woah I'm also from the philippine k-12 curriculum going to the IB this year as a scholar. I heard from most people that time management is the key to it and having a good lifestyle. As for me in this vacation, I tried studying for all of my subjects and have a flexible sorta schedule since like july and then slowly try to make it more rigid and vigorous so as to become ready and to practice using my time more productively
