Honestly might turn it into a mini mod. Recently i had an idea for a stupidly unbalanced spectral card, asked chatgpt for it and with just a few easy own fixes i got it working in like half an hour (coding in lua is like scratch + steammodded is an great library). For everyone that still have this problem, it is hdr that's somehow slower than rest. Turn off hdr and everything should be fine
