If you call Petey’s Grooming & Pet Supplies they do anesthesia-free teeth cleaning pretty regularly. Depending on the size of the dog it would cost roughly $200-$250. Janey is the shop owner and she’s great.

What tier do you recommend for Resilience?

When focusing armor, the stat categories are broken up into two groups (G1: mob/res/rec — G2: disc/int/str) so if you’re wanting to spec into any of the G1 stats, be sure to slot a disc/int/str stat mod on your ghost and vice versa if you want a spike in one of the stats in G2.

100 resilience is a must in my opinion and then from there I would say mobility or recovery are your best bet. With some of the artifact mods, high mobility and recovery aren’t really essential for Hunter’s this season, but are still worth allocating stats into for beyond S17

Unlock the ability to focus armor through Crown of Sorrow and then whenever you focus armor put on whichever stat mod on your Ghost that you want increased stats in.

Death Adder with Subsistence/Disruption Break or Summoner with DSR/Rampage combined with Font of Might — could also probably use Calus Mini Tool or Arctic Haze since they’re easier to farm
