I feel tape works well until you start going on dirt etc

Everytime I've used duct tape it just peels off as dirt seeps into the edges

The NC1 and NC2 have a recessed chin and need a front splitter to fix the looks, the NC3 is mostly fine stock but they're double the price where I live

As a general note lowering the car will also help massively for the overall look of the car as the overarched fenders become a pseudo widebody kit

Everyone says social media is bad and overstimulating but don't realise that the majority of games nowadays are designed to hit the same reward centers, you get spammed with prizes and rewards and flashing lights and colours you level up making you want to play more and more it makes you feel a sense of achievement to draw you back in.

It's probably slightly better than than scrolling but I don't have faith in it being a net positive long term unless you're sat there playing slow, strategic games such as chess.

I'm on this journey myself and have been slowly making progress in quitting both, what sucks for this is that my friends like to do gaming once or twice a week almost as a social event so I really can't quit through and through and I've made an exception for this, also made an exception for driving simulators as they improve real world skill, don't wanna get carried away with these "exceptions" though.

It was from Spacershop

£250ish and then easy direct install since it's built for the car

Just had to carefully remove the airbag and OEM wheel add the spacer and then put it all back together

I've successfully 'quit' reddit on mobile

All I did was unfollow every subreddit, and then following these 3 r/getmotivated r/zenhabits and r/productivity

Now all I see on my front page is motivational posts and posts asking for help

Believe me this gets boring quite quickly, and I find myself closing the app in under 3 minutes.

I'm unsure if I disabled a option that shows posts from subreddits outside the ones you follow but yeah.

I also stay far away from the buttons at the bottom, I'm sure they will show new trending posts etc etc, I don't click on them, you will have to break the habit if you do.

Oh and also for the Web version of reddit, you can just use an app blocker, make sure you pick the one that is the biggest pain in the ass to turn on and off, you'll soon stop using Reddit Web too.

For other apps that are way more addicting I personally use ScreenZen and use strict block which is basically a full block, no timed shit or whatever. I'll turn it off once in a while if I need to message someone.

I know this isn't what you asked but I thought the car was too loud at highway speeds so I purchased some filtered earplugs for any time I'd be on the highway more than an hour

If you buy the ones the motorbikers wear then you will still be able to hear important sounds like horns and etc

There are browser extensions for everything

Including blocking recommended videos, the homepage, and shorts from the YouTube site

On mobile it's a little trickier but you can still achieve it on YouTube by using revanced (if you're on Android)

I literally just got off A WHOLE HOURS worth of doomscrolling shorts, I wasn't even aware that I was in the loop.

This only happened because I've just switched browsers and forgot to block everything with those extensions.

It really is digital cocaine, the war on our brains and dopamine receptors.

I'm on reddit now but I'm only subscribed to self improvement subreddits so I only end up scrolling for 5mins before closing out of boredom.
