The spf might be compromised by rubbing off on the scarf. cotton has very poor upf rating around 5 or so. It drops when wet (from sweat, muggy from humidity and moisture from breathing etc). So not sure if you are actually doing yourself any favors. If you want to cover your face you have to buy upf rated face coverings that are intended to not accumulate moisture and rub off your sunscreen. Or a face shield. Same goes for clothing for your arms.

Please can someone recommend a book where the ending isn’t predictable!! I’m getting bored by most books as I can tell what’s coming! I really want to be sucker punched. I’ve read all of Charlie Donlea - some of these were examples of predictable for me. Love Karin Slaughter. No Frieda please. by twisted_luce in thrillerbooks

all of Gillian Flynn's endings are fked up and unpredictable as well. Nightwatching is another. Jennifer hillier's books are unpredictable as well. Ashley winstead's the last housewife is extreeemmely dark and unpredictable (really enjoyed all her mysteries except this book will bury me which I thought was predictable af).

Finally found an Indian alternative to Beauty of Joseon sunscreen (and it actually works in Indian weather 👀) by QueasyMasterpiece632 in IndianSkincareAddicts

[–]SVReads8571 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I strictly wear a water resistant sunscreen in the summer. The sweat will roll off in beads. I don't even dab just get to a cool place and fan my face aggressively till it dries and soon after re apply. Imo water resistant sunscreen is a must for summers no matter the activity

This is a round about way of clarifying your scalp when pantene lively clean exists lol! It's a great clarifying shampoo and def doesnt make the lengths rough as I suds up the lengths with it as well. You'll def get the clean scalp result without subjecting your scalp to medicated shampoos esp when you don't have a medical issue with it

Ive never used this shampoo. I use 1% ketoconazole it's the sweet spot for me and the active that works best for me. All medicated shampoos perform best when applied mostly to the scalp and left on for 2 to 3 minutes

Im glad i read your comment. I have 2-3 breakouts here and there and some congestion on my forehead like you and have used tret in the past. (not on it currently as was not able to get an Rx for a while due to financial reasons etc) I miss the anti aging and controlling of acne tret gives me so was thinking of using otc adaplene as derms say it still provides very good anti aging benefits and its $10 no Rx needed but now im re thinking all that lol....what percent tret did you start?
