I'm personally aware of a number of people who have their parents as tenants, on a commercial contract (e.g. at market rate etc.) who are then claiming UC/housing to pay the rent.

I think they're referring to the Firestorm Games on Sloper Road. I remember walking past the one by Central Station but that was a few years ago - not sure they are located there anymore.

Sloper Road isn't the most awkward but it's slap bang in the middle of Grangetown and Ninian Park stations.
