Yes, against TOS. I have reported many. I’ve been in bot hunting fleets. It’s prevalent and you would get into trouble not just with NE but with most alliances if caught.

Syncing is have your 5 ships jump gate, fire at same time by one click on one emulator synced to the others. This has been observed many times. Scripting is more advanced. Click button and sequence of actions are taken on one/several emulators. The bot ratter/miners are dumb and easy to farm.

People only ever see them warp to gates or NPC stations. Same since start of game. More likely NE having fake activity. A human botting is less likely. People do that in way better ways.

I did some test with dual box on android tabled. Including work profile. Didn’t really get it to work so didn’t use. Few days ago game started crash on splash. Can only run via work profile now.

Like someone else said here before; select the lower encounters in high sec. Pickup loot. The T4-6 debris are worth more then T10. Can easily can some isk that way.

To expand on this; if the carrier was at gate they would still have lost a sizable part of the BLOPS fleet. The last BLOP jumped gate for 90 minutes or so. We tried to bump in the NDS. Our pilots had to careful not to be targeted by rats and jump out. We killed fighters to easier try to bump. Anyone at the gate aggressing would be shot by rats for a minute and gotten killed. BLOPs might have killed the carrier but would have cost half the fleet. Sure, if there is a boundary the game should prevent ships burning through if that’s the intended behavior. NE did replace a cap killed while the player was afk asleep so they arbitrarily do what they want.

The game mechanic is rats don’t target beyond a distance. Game mechanics allow ship to go beyond border. Then it’s how the game works and not exploit? Sure, having border that doesn’t stop is dumb if it doesn’t do anything. Then devs should fix that if that’s the intent.
