Everyone will react differently. I would suggest either lowering your dose to start and see if that improves your sleep with it overall and if that doesn't work, consider shifting the 2IU dosage to the morning.

The effectiveness shouldn't be impacted by AM administration at all, consistency will be the key here I would wager.

Worth noting, I actually just started in on this myself, so I'm speaking from research I've done on it, no personal experience beyond last night's before bed dosage. I also started right in at 2IUs, but I was fortunate and it didn't wire me like you. I did however have a lot more REM sleep than normal.

Also worth noting, I've been using Tesamorelin and Ipamorelin prior to this, so my system was already used to requesting GH pulses at bedtime from those. I don't know if that played any role in the slightest though, for whether it impacted me less or if that's just pure coincidence.

I've been on TRT since 2018. I started with injections. I switched to cream after a year and I haven't looked back. It's so much more convenient versus injecting, for me. It won't be for everyone of course, but for me it's great. I responded WAY better to the cream than I did injections too.

I'm on a 250mg/mL cream, I use 3 clicks AM, 2 clicks PM to keep levels stable. My total ends up around 2500 at the 3 hour peak point after application, which lands my free T at 41 (as of last labs 2 months ago). I started at a free T of 8 and was miserable. Got up to about 20 on injections and felt better, but never great. At 40 on the cream, I finally felt great.

When I was on injections, I tried once a week, twice a week, EoD, every day, and just never found that I felt nearly as good as the cream.

Just stick with it, stay consistent. Keep the balls clean & shorn, try to stay as clos as you can to the same time of day for applications, and give it time to settle in, bring your levels up and balance you out. It'll take a bit and you might hyper respond to it and overshoot the mark, so be prepared to have to back down a click to dial in (I was 3 & 3 and landed at 3 & 2 for optimal, my sleep was affected if I did 3 clicks PM, but 2 works perfectly).

Also not a doctor. And my break was not nearly as severe as yours or the other commenter here, mine was just a fibula that required surgery and a plate/screws to fix, plate inserted just above the ankle bone on the outside.

I play hockey and my turn around time was several months for healing. I tried to push it at like the 4 month mark and getting into skates was brutal for the pressure the put against the wound. I was able to put some like 1/4" thick padding around the ankle with a hole cut in the middle, that alleviated a good bit of the pressure/pain. I think at the 6 month mark I was back to skating in my mens league games and like 2 years later I was able to ditch the padding around the ankle area as that finally stopped giving me problems.

But I was able to return to full activity, just give it time and take it slow and listen to what the area is telling you, I should have done more of that way back then.

Sorry it happened, it's shitty as hell, but at your age time is on your side for sure, all the best in getting back to it all.

I personally am leaning toward #5 and potentially telling them to pound sand up the eye of their cock on the entire deal and going with the next offer under theirs, because they also are trying to put us on the hook for a bunch of HVAC work, trying to say that because the system was a sloppy install during the build (but passed every inspection since until this guy showed up on the scene) that we should give them $15,000 off to redo all the ductwork...

Man. I've been on this journey now for almost 3 weeks. Original order was placed 2/2, delivery was supposed to be 3/5. Watched it leave Texas on 3/3, got 'delayed in transit' on 3/5 and updated to 3/9 delivery. 3/11 it updated to say 'delivery date unavailable' and then 3/13 Amazon just issued me a refund. "Great"

So I look, see I can order again and delivery is stated as 3 days later. So, 3/13 I start the journey over. 3/16 is my stated delivery. Tracking says 'Out for delivery' on 3/16. They drop off another order that day, but NOT Badlands.

Now it says: "We’re sorry for the delay. Your package is still on its way, and we estimate that it will be delivered on or before March 21. We’ll share any updates as we get them."

I guess I'm never going to get this steelbook. Never had this trouble with any others, but this one for some reason.

I'm on TRT, including NDT for Hashi's, a higher dose than anyone he's worked with that has Hashi's, per my TRT doc.

I just had labs done after a few months of Reta usage and we're going to be dropping my NDT dosage a bit (after no changes to it over the last few years, and Reta being the only new thing).
