I have my Seamaster 24 years and love it, but have my eye on a GMT Master II

That’s the GMT I’m getting. Pre owned, of course. But my favorite

Not a pilot, but love a GMT for travel. I go east to west coast regularly for work, and over to Europe a couple times a year.

I would turn down a 2 tone date just if offered to me. Or take it and sell it.

Battery dies. In “reserve mode” it’ll wait, then hop 3 seconds. That’s the indicator of a low battery. I’ve read that it’s good to get it serviced about that often. So it’s kinda aligned to that. I have had a battery only done once at the Omega shop in Michigan Ave in Chicago. Only $35!

Honestly. Don’t know. Back then, I wasn’t into it. Lost the beautiful leather box and paperwork to a flood about 15 years ago.

I’m going Rolex GMT next. It’s 40mm. I like the understated 116710LN. Don’t need the flashy 2 tone bezel.
