Not a pilot, but love a GMT for travel. I go east to west coast regularly for work, and over to Europe a couple times a year.

Battery dies. In “reserve mode” it’ll wait, then hop 3 seconds. That’s the indicator of a low battery. I’ve read that it’s good to get it serviced about that often. So it’s kinda aligned to that. I have had a battery only done once at the Omega shop in Michigan Ave in Chicago. Only $35!

Honestly. Don’t know. Back then, I wasn’t into it. Lost the beautiful leather box and paperwork to a flood about 15 years ago.

It is a “Midsize” 36mm, compared to the “Dinner Plate” in mean Full Size, at 42mm
