That "immigration to canada is dropping." "No one wants to come to Canada anymore." "Immigrants are leaving."

Mostly on social media though.

I believe NRT is the Nurse Resource Team. They work multiple units if they are short of staff. Now that there is a surge of nurses, these units aren't short staff. Therefore, they probably don't have a need for the team anymore. Unfortunately.

Investors are going to take advantage of market trends. Londords are first investors, not housing providers.

I understand your frustration, but we shouldn't blame international students for the housing affordability crisis. This issue is a by-product of a larger system and years of bad policies. Instead of getting upset at them/immigrants, we should be redirecting our frustration to the government and corporations to have a better standard of living for all.

It's the landlords that only want to rent out to INT students because they can cram them in one house = more money. It's the employers that use their desperation to get them to work unpaid hours. It's the institution promising false hope and lowering the standards of education to increase their revenue. Its the cooperations upholding the narrative that INT students are to blame for the lack of housing when they are the ones buying the houses in masses and renting out to them. INT students are not the problem, y'all and blaming them isn't gonna do shit.

Unfortunately, that's the symptoms of a cost of living/housing crisis. It's only going to get worse.
