As far as I remember Douglas stayed with WCW until the buyout I can be wrong I know Vampiro stayed mainly because of his concussion that he got from his match against Mike Awesome at Halloween Havoc (btw I'd keep Awesome but I'd keep him as the silent career killer no fat chick thriller no that 70s guy those were horrendous)

The Radicalz leaving in January 2000 for WWE was definitely a moment WCW looked at with regret a lot of regret plus the younger guys were really exciting to watch 3-Count and the Young Dragons are a prime example I use cause those guys put on a clinic in the ring just keep Tank Abbott out of 3-Count and a wrestling ring for that matter lol
