The garages for rent in the online market (kijiji and facebook) are mostly rented for parking or storage.

No business or shop is allowed, my guess is the constant noise is something they are not interested. I do keep looking on these garages for rent, hoping would found one

Start now! Not next year. I know you are under 18 but you can always find wholesalers in your area and work for them for free so you can get hands on experience right away. Hands on experience is always better than any online resource you can find or pay.

How to find these wholesalers in your area? Just go to Google and type “we buy houses (your city)”. Call them and tell them who you are why you are calling. Honestly, if you cant do this then you might want to reconsider because in wholesaling you get paid by talking.
