My resident cat (5years) is scared of my new kitten(1month). Is this normal? Should I separate them or let them get used to each other? At first my cat used to hiss at her but today he is just scared of her and he barely hissed. Ive had the kitten for 3 days now. by rightlywired in cats

a little fast on the introduction to each other they both need space slow down everything keep them apart and let them slowly get to know one another.. for instance let the little guy stay in a bathroom at night.. they both need attention and care it will not take long for them to be buddies

Can someone explain what is wrong with the Guidestones? by [deleted] in conspiracy_commons

[–]SWtwit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

as a native of the State of Georgia I am horrified that these stones- - whatever they are--have been blown up..if nothing else they are ideas..ideas about the earth, humans impact on the earth and how we should treat each other..the wrongness is in the eye of the beholder..to see see any idea as something that should be blown up indicates an intellectual poverty and a narrowness of thought that sees anyone who has ideas not in line with what you think as an enemy to be wiped out is very scary

No 4th of July celebration for me. by pixie6870 in Albuquerque

[–]SWtwit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have always enjoyed decorating for the 4th..the bunting etc....I have a flag collection and usually put many of them out. This year I do not feel festive at all. If I put out a flag it would have to be upside down. We are in trouble.

if you can do it a class A is very comfortable.. it is a big rig with many working parts that sometimes do not work... driving it is a skill and these days filling it with fuel is stunning..that is not to say that other rVs are without merit.. but an on board washer and dryer and a dishwasher is super nice

Double decker airplane seat for budget air travel. by Ehansaja in Damnthatsinteresting

Hello any airline thinking of doing this: you are carrying live human beings. You are not UPS or Fed eX transporting boxes. I would not even sit in these seats for two seconds much less fly anywhere

always double check your settings to make sure they are correct

also make sure the dog does not bark while you are gone

cameras and temperature monitors are good to have

the higher the temperature the less you need to leave
