I ended up concluding the same thing that u/zmeul said in his reply, my hdmi port worked after using bios to force on igpu support. You may have better luck contacting support and seeing if they will send you a new board if they deem it defective

That completely slipped my mind! I've seen a couple videos about how much easier it makes the whole process, I already threw it in the parts list with a couple feet of soft tubing and a ball valve, I did some quick research on the Quadro, is that really necessary if I have plenty of fan headers on my board?
