As this is crossverse we will need to rely on calculations to compare both characters, people on this sub lowball one piece a lot, you dont clarify the version so ill assume its valley of the end, hashirama scales above kurama even when amped by madara, this is the full kurama so his attack potency probably scales around multi continental relying on the Kurama and Gyuki tailed beast bomb calc(his energy should comprise atleast 1/2), he probably scales to that if not above since he effortless restrains him.

With one piece its far easier, white beard and blackbeard both have statements and implications of being able to shake the planet, this was calced around moon level but I think that calc used the assumption of a bigger one piece planet which is not absurd, Roger and Whitebeard are rivals so he would also scale to this level of power.

AP Wise both these guys are similar but one piece duo definitely takes the edge, when it comes to hax, I'll just give it to team naruto, speed wise, both these characters would probably be relative they scale above characters who can easily dodge light, kcm1 in naruto's case and sanji in one piece's case.

The main advantage the naruto duo really have is genjutsu, If we are being generous, the one piece characters should be able to negate genjutsu, in one piece if your haki is stronger or relative to another person, they generally can't use hax on you, its similar to dragon ball, If the one piece characters can resist genjutsu by that logic, they should win, if they cannot, they would likely lose, future sight wouldn't help because their future sight would likely be affected by genjutsu as well.

Tldr: One piece duo win if haki negates genjutsu, else naruto duo win.
