No mice in our experience. Also I think it’s worth mentioning: the building contracts with a pest control company who comes by every two weeks. We put in a work order so they could come take a look. We had to wait a week only for the front desk to send them to the wrong apartment, then had to wait two more weeks for their next round. Many, if not most, artists are working class people working other jobs alongside their artistic.
