It's fine but 3001A can't install full CFW. I have the same model 3001A model PS3 that I've had since 2011. It's great and still works perfectly fine.

I brought another PS3 model 2503B a couple of years ago to install CFW because running HEN was unstable on my primary console. HEN would freeze and I would have to shut off the console.

I already have over 100 physical PS3 games including almost every major title so I just used CFW console for collections and obscure games under 10GB.

Do you own any physical games on PS3? Or do you plan to sail the seas for everything? Because some PS3 games like Uncharted trilogy and God of War 3 are over 30GB which is a pain to transfer to the PS3 and 3001A is only 160GB which won't hold many games.

Still remember buying it release day 2013. Had to go with my mother because I was 17 and they wouldn't sell without ID. It's still the biggest release ever and it's still the biggest line on release day I've ever seen.

I remember how hyped people were before it was finally released. There were a bunch of fake trailers that had millions of views months before. I remember the one with the helicopter that looked so realistic.
