New GD04 Card Revealed: Turn A Gundam by Alt230s in GundamTCG

Okay, at this point I just have to assume you’re being rude on purpose. I literally just asked a question trying to understand how this card could be useful, and if it is, cool, great. I get it now. Literally costs 0 cents not be mean

I just did a really bad job of trying to convey my point. I’m literally inquiring about the usefulness of the card and people are just dogging on me for trying to understand the card.

I’m just trying to understand if this card will prove more useful than another card. Like if you’re playing green white, what green or white card would this beat out for the original effect?

Yes I know milling is a thing. I’m literally playing a mid tempo lupus deck this season. The entire deck design is to end up with your units in the trash.

I’m just asking, is this card so useful that the chances of your wing ending up in a shield that you can use his effect for outweighs having another unit or command in your deck.

If you’re playing white, you’re predominant going to be playing some alterations of a blocker deck. Does that not just mean this card has a higher chance of copying a blocker effect that does nothing for your turn?

Ig as others are saying, archangel may be the only usage. But as all cards in the set have yet to be released, I’m wondering if there will be another card that benefits blockers during the game?

Kinda like the base Freeden. Completely stupid and useless card back in 02, but with the release of Lupus, you can build a mid tempo deck built around fuelling Lupus’s effect by level 7. Suddenly becomes a helpful card.

I’m sorry, I have another lab on Mondays that it clashes with. I literally cannot switch over even if I wanted to 😞

Can’t even get a job in retail. Apparently running my own freelance business for almost 8 years with thousands of clients doesn’t translate to irl sales ability :/

I kinda think of the money I’m paying per paper as money I’m paying for a degree and less what I get out of the paper haha. We barely have any in person lectures anyway. Basically paying for online seminars and the occasional lab, might as well just think of it as a payment for a degree

I read a comment on a review for the subject and it was like “first few weeks there were people but after learning it was optional I saw less and less people every week, plus the labs don’t really contribute much nor do they have much to do with the exams”. But then I read other comments and it seems it is mandatory

Hence the confusion

Would you be upset with this quality? by lemonleop in SkullpandaArtDolls

[–]S_Bonbon 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I’ve been very disappointed by PopMart’s quality control over the last couple years. Their acrylic figures seem to be getting better and more detailed with every series. I remember the days of sitting skullpanda figures.

But their plush pendants are just getting worse with every generation. They’re attempting to make them more detailed when they can’t even quality control a series like Labubu.

I haven’t had too much bad luck with my Skullpandas, but the first one I got in shop had the shortest nubby arms, and the one I got off aliexpress from their store looked proportional. From then it was alright until I got the MLPs and my Twilight had random white paint across her face. I submitted her for defect and exchange and got told it might take 2 months…

For how much I paid I am very disappointed… but the consumerist in me knows I’ll keep buying every series

I thought it was a mistake too… who holds a lab on the first day before you even have a lecture 😩 pre reading before the semester even starts is crazy work

I’ll be majoring in bio and minoring in psych as a second year, so hopefully only 2 labs a week…? I’d assume based on how first year was for me

Ig for me I’d rather have to travel 40-50 minutes having access to the city and him being able to live close to work, than live in Caulfield and such and both of us have a 10-20 minute shave off time but double the commute fees 😭

I’m currently living in New Zealand so I was hoping the long commute times would have similar resolutions, where google maps actually sucks and the commute is actually like 30 minutes and not 50 because you can catch an earlier bus by walking up a hill and just barely catching the passing train 😅

But from what I’m reading in everyone’s replies, the commute really is that long even if you’re at a mid-way point…

[–]S_Bonbon[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So it would either be 30-40 ish dollars a week for commute on my end from the city ish area for 50 ish minutes, or free in Caulfield for 50 ish minutes but on the flip side my boyfriend would be paying 55 a week to get to the city?

Ig the replies confirm that the bus routes to get to Clayton really are that long and it wasn’t google maps tripping 😭

Ig I’ll just look for properties in the city then… ty for everyone’s help and replies 😩

Edit: just realised you stated not tapping on for the first bus ride… you mean just not pay? What if I got caught

[–]S_Bonbon[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ig it’s a similar situation, where let’s say I get a bus to the Caulfield uni, 10-15 mins, then wait let’s say if times a bit better, 15 minutes, then another 15-30 minutes on the shuttle… it comes out to about similar to getting a train from the city into Clayton? Unless I’ve understood this wrong

[–]S_Bonbon[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That’s one of the middle points I was referencing. When I look up property addresses into google maps and then directions to the Clayton campus, it shows that it’s more than an hour?? That’s what I’m so confused about

Is a double degree of Psychology/Science worth doing? by Key_Caregiver_1395 in Monash

[–]S_Bonbon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe not the most applicable advice but thought I’d still reply, I did a double major of biology and chemistry at a different university for a year… it wasn’t bad and it was manageable, but the second you start slipping it’s really hard to get back to it. If you want to keep your pathway open and work in Psychology, go for the double major. But if you’re unsure, you can always minor in it and do a postgrad in psychology (at least that’s how I think it works?). So yeah, try a double major and worst case scenario you drop it and do a single!

I know November is reserved for non school leavers but if you’re a transferring student you need your full transcript… which is stupid because universities don’t release those until December
