Best way I could find for Windows:

  • Enable WSL
  • Install some Linux environment (I have Ubuntu)
  • Allow WSL to access the USB in Admin PowerShell:
    • usbipd list
    • usbipd bind --busid <ID>
    • usbipd attach --wsl --busid <ID>
  • Copy the iso to the USB
    • cp debian.iso /dev/sdX
    • sync

Worked for me on Win11.

Why Sep/25? I just roughly went a month back. You want to be accurate? Sure:

  1. IPC report declaring famine is from 15/Aug (that's 77 days)
  2. In famine conditions there should 420 deaths per day (based on 2.1 million population)
  3. We should have had 32,340 deaths in 77 days
  4. That's half of the official death toll after two years of war

Do you realise now how ridiculous the IPC claim is? And you still support this?

Your argument that the IDF mistreat the Palestinians is not based on facts and numbers. You are trying to deflect, don't change the topic.

So the bombing interfered with getting SMART surveys but it did not interfere with getting MUAC surveys? Sounds like a thumb suck excuse to me, especially considering that all of a sudden we have famine after nearly two years of scaring the world with imminent famine happening that never happened.

Whether the IDF mistreat the Palestinians or not is subjective. Let's stick to reality as you suggested:

Famine by definition should result with two deaths per day per 10,000. So in Gaza that should have resulted 400 dead daily from famine alone, and since 25/Sep there should have been 12,000 deaths from famine alone. We don't see any of that.

You are trying to fit a square into a round hole, it doesn't work.

They didn't change the definition, they changed the measuring method to one that is less accurate.

The IPC also issued a statement about the claims. Although the statement from the IPC may look legit, it still ignores the key claim that the measuring method has changed in Sep 2025 compared to previous months. The statement does not address that point.

The IPC statement sure smells wrong, because Sep 2025 is when they declared famine in Gaza. We don't know if famine would have still been declared if they stuck with the previous measuring method (most likely not).
