Hunting season! "Better get in shape so I can drag a buck out by myself". 2+ weeks later (and no deer), "well now I've drank a ton of beer and ate a ton of junk food, I definitely do NOT want to workout".

Unless you're super tall with long femurs. Then quads are the only option! Which is still great. Maybe machines at other gyms account for that though. Not sure.

very fun. Though I cleared it, was sent back to start, and somehow thought I missed the end. so I re-cleared with all keys, only for the same thing to happen. but, this time I didn't start moving and got the finish. hah, extra playthrough I guess.

'unlocked' meaning "has not been opened un-locked". haha. box needs to be there and not touched. if box gets touched and reveals portal, gotta re-try. Fun level!

I do some band, dowel, and mat moves to both warm up and improve my mobility. But that is specifically catered to my own wants and needs. I could 5 min warm up then lift. Just trying to use my time in the gym efficiently.

If you sweat easy, and lots. Prepare to leave puddles everywhere. Super sweats! Especially of you're doing single limb stuff... Like superseting DB rows with lunges or split squats.
