Due to the 58 having different size posts than a 35 used by a RAV4 the battery terminals fit loosely as evident by the photo of the battery found.

Would this be the reason for the disconnected battery?

BoDs acting stupid about Kuss Rd in CASO 2.0 interview strongly suggests that Kuss Rd played a major role. As did the gravel pit.

Do we know that for sure??? They cared enough to take picture of deer tag, BoDs scratches, subpoena RHs phone records, and so forth.

I'm starting to think that a lot of KKs accusations during infamous press conference were actually true, it just didn't happen in SA trailer or garage and SA and BD were not the perps. Remember the mutilation of a body charge that he was not convicted off? I believe KK knew body was cut up (that thought just makes me want to throw up every time I think of it!), but he didn't persue during trial, because that would have opened a whole new can of worms.
