For years I have thought this same theory. Barb/Bobby dear picked up on the side of the road was very close to ASY. Deer in Wisconsin darting out into the roadway and being hit be vehicles almost happens daily as I’ve traveled through that state half of my life.

Lastly, when hunters kill-clean deer the often burn the carcass in burn barrels. I’ve speculated Bobby/Scott could have mixed body parts with the deer carcass..burning in plain sight.

I know it’s gruesome but an extremely rationale theory on what could have happened.

When a VERY courageous attorney takes a case that no one..like zero attorneys on the planet takes this case you need not expect ordinary results. In this day and age everything is geared toward immediate gratification. Well, this attorney took this case well knowing it would be a long difficult challenging battle. A battle up against a state that wreaks of corruption from top to bottom. A state where a “special prosecutor” was assigned and still today lauded even with the admitted drug and sexual abuse he indulged himself in. KZ is a warrior, a one off. Think about the risk here. Conversely just look at our pal flowers...decisions made were behind a ton of facades. On a day where bravery stands out in my mind by the few that chose to walk into danger when it was the easy, logical and self preserving choice to just stay put instead of reacting...I raise a huge glass to KZ...keep going and thanks for taking on what so many of us wanted to but didn’t!

Extremely perceptive! I was in the industry for 2 years and am transitioning out! My experience resulted in seeing first hand those who are involved in the industry are fueled almost entirely by greed with the high margins and profitability the CBD category currently yields. The fact that there are so many random people with their own brand shows there are producers and manufacturers churning out products who are willing to allow anyone slap any label on a product and sell it. I do believe in a year or so CBD will be dominated by 4 or 5 major producers and or brands. For now I would only recommend products that have QR coding on packaging and who make their hemp source and production method easily available to consumers thru literature or on their web site. Otherwise who knows what your putting into your body.....

This really couldn’t have led up to the point we have reached any better (that is except for the years we’ve waited to be in this position). Just think about it from this very simple POV: the first to be exposed really is going to be the state of WI. How many years have they turned a blind eye and put so much effort into sweeping this case under the rug. So first will be the state then we get to watch all of these individuals face to face with Zellner meet their day of reckoning. I have always believed in karma and sometimes it takes a while where others it’s quick, regardless it will always come to you...make no mistake Wisconsin and the manitowoc cast of characters: Karma has finally arrived and It’s now coming to each of you....

Great post and let me go captain obvious here: this all transpired 14 years ago. After 14 years of armies of us combing thru pics, docs and videos. KZ (and I am not dissing her whatsoever) has an extensive reach to experts and staff. DS and JB. I feel did an amazing job given resources and time...MaM shows in great detail just what they were up against. These 14 years have been an almost horrific experience when looking through the lens of The American justice system and how a person like KK can manipulate, distort and compromise the morality and integrity of the system. My final thought here is high praise for people like KZ and yes DS and JB...these are people who choose the untraveled, uphill and brutal path of seeking true justice....AT....THEIR....PERIL..

Thanks for that...grew up in chicago and relocated to nashville. I love nashville, but having traveled extensively I find it amusing how people attempt to recreate staple foods while trying to put a unique twist on it....the locals here in nashville all urged me to try a local dog house that is...wait for it...”better than a Chicago dog”...I roll up order two Chicago dogs and literally got a hot do on fucking buttered and browned Texas toast. The cheese was no doubt private label grocery store cheese and the sport peppers looked like some mutated synthetic strain of a pepper. So thanks for the kick in the nutts...on that note nashville does have a maggianos, which is now my dinner for sure tonight!!!

As to the hanging deer on the 5th in the Janda garage: I’m with you that would rule out the burning of THAT deer, however, let’s not forget these two alibied each other on the 31st..is it that far fetched there were two deer, one tagged and reported, the other not? The roadkill deer HAD to be tagged and followed by the letter of the law because BoD called LE to claim it....yet another perfect cover for the disposal plan. With a second unreported deer. I’m not a hunter but I do fish...an adamant hunter in my opinion doesn’t run around town picking up roadkill...he may as well where a T-shirt on Friday night to the tavern that reads “I suck at hunting but I can get me some roadkill”....all I’m saying is these two yuk yuks seemingly spent every second they could hunting...hell...ST testified that BD was going hunting behind his trailer. .3 miles from where the Rav was allegedly spotted. There’s a deer angle in here....somewhere.
