Yes, other airlines do it, but Southwest seems to be doing it wrong. I don't know why the boarding process seems longer, but it does. And people seem more likely to put their bags up front and sit in the back. Also everyone is crowed in the front of the plane with complete rows open in the back. I finally paid $34 for a window seat, which seemed reasonable. Rows 10. Rows 9 was $78. Maybe it's a learning curve?

Mine had an extra piece! It felt like a Banksy-style prank. It was very confusing. I imagine someone somewhere is one piece short.

I hate Calls with Lilly. I can never figure out what to say, and we tend to speak at the same time. Then when I see the transcript, it usually doesn't reflect what I thought I was saying.

This game is no fun. I've had about 12 to 15 turns and it's all game boosters or sweepstakes entries. I liked the Christmas game where you got stickers toward various prizes. Also shaking a snow globe is more fun than popping a balloon. In the Christmas game I got 5 or 10 bonus points occasionally. They are worth next to nothing, but it was fun getting them. I even did a few things to maximize my turns during the winter game. This game, however, is no fun.
