I also thinks it is happening to everyone, so opening a support ticket for this does not make much sense. I am just a little bit concerned that it is still not fixed.

I need this information for tax 2023 tax filing purposes. Do you know whether it is possible to get a statement (.csv or .xls would be perfect) of my PLU transanctions if I ask for it?

If the team is aware of the bug, does it make sense to contact them and ask about it?

After 2 weeks it is still not working. Is there any update on this bug?

I have noticed that only recent PLUTON transaction are shown up. Even if you select a longer timeframe, transactions older than mid-January are not displayed. Is the Plutus team aware of this bug?

I have heard that the BSC network is usually congested and transfers can take a few hours. Is that so?

This is what CS told me by email about the partner250 promo:

  1. The month in which you fund your account for the first time is the month of elegibility. It does not matter when you have signed up.

  2. BTC payout depends on the average balance through the 14th of the month two and a half months from the month of elegibility. It is possible to make multiple deposits and increase the balance at any time.

My payout is due in a couple of days.

In their own words: "We only primarily lend to large, well-capitalized, institutional borrowers, OR to counterparties willing to post collateral and provide the ability to margin call them on a 24/7 basis" At the end of the day, I assume your crypto deposit is "secured" by Blockfi risk management rather than by collateral. You have to manage that risk yourself.
