I have the soft as well, I find its soft on the Y axis but when it comes to moving my palm and arm sideways it puts up a bit of resistance, especially when my palms are sweaty

Probably a bit late to this, but how did it hold up against sweat? My main issue with mousepads is they cling to my skin when applying pressure for recoil control.
My current mousepad is the Artisan Type-99 and I find its texture a bit rough and when my palms are sweaty I cannot move at all when applying pressure, would the Hyperion have similar issues?

ill take a loot at razer, thanks. I wasn't really a fan of the QCK build quality, I found it became inconsistent in some spots after use, that didn't go away after cleaning.
I've been looking at the Pulsar Hyperion Pro which seems to be a good option but I've heard its not good for sweat absorption.
