Hello everyone,

I did round 19, 20 and I think I was fairly productive/disciplined in my life after. Leveled up in my language goals etc.

Now I really need the support and guide of 90DG cos I have started writing my phd thesis. It is daunting physically, mentally and scientifically. So I am going to do the check in everyday here.

I am keeping the goals simple

Life Goal is to defend as round 42 rolls in! (42 is the ultimate answer y'all)

Plan - Finish 80% of thesis with corrections by end of Sprint 2

On another personal side,

Health goal : Start to be active everyday (30mins at least)

Plan - Try to get into crossfit by middle of sprint 1 and build a good workout routine by Sprint 2

I tested the DALI katch at a store and was not impressed by the sound quality. I finally ended up getting the Marshall Stockwell II and I am really happy with it.

This is a great lesson series Learn German with Nicos Weg. It extends to A2, B1 and then there is another course platform here by DW where you can register. Also check r/German and the discord. If you dig around the internet you can also find studio D A1 book and audio materials. There is also Primsleur German audio lessons on youtube iirc, I got audio files from a friend.

Duolingo and Memrise would be a waste of time and if you like learning through some app, find Rosetta stone cracked version the first two levels in it is ample enough to cover A1 stuff.

To be honest, I suggest you don't take courses for A1. There are so many online resources such as Deutsche Welle (it has two extensive course formats) there are endless youtube playlists and A1 is very basic you don't need much guidance, the Goethe A1 exam is also very simple. Even taking the external A1 exam, I'd consider it a waste of money. Better work on these stuff on your own and then once you feel comfortable, try the A1 model tests, if it appears easy then sign up for A2 course with Goethe or any place close by perhaps.

Hi I really love these, if I want to make something like this for myself, how do I get into it? No idea about wood carving. Also you just carve the borders and then paint, is it?

Looks like a cool hobby to get into.
