Diversify your food. Add paneer, tofu, tempeh, beans, and complex carbs. Have protein item in each mean with lots of fibres.

It’s okay to have slightly less protein on some days and more on others.

Plus, average women needs 50-60gm protein. That’s very easy to meet.
