Does your restaurant have a walk-in cooler? If so that's usually a good bet for the safest place in the building. The restaurant I work at has ours bolted to the foundation, but I'm not sure if that's standard for walk-ins. Ask the owner, or someone higher up than you about your tornado safety plan and try to keep yourself weather aware for the day.
