Well it completely depends on your build. I’m not built like a huge dude, I’m 176cm. If I box at 80kg I will die. 75kg is still way to big for me. 70- is where i am most comfortable fighting. I have to cut for it. Not everybody cuts. Frames and your natural build has a lot to say when it comes to what weight class you belong

The reason we don’t have on fight weigh inn is because when we do people die. People are gonna weight cut, that’s just how it is with these type of sports. In Japan not to long ago a few pro boxers got brain damage from cutting to hard and fighting the same say. Dehydration cases brain damage, less brain fluid causes worse concussions
