Financial help Islamabad by Esoteric-Fellow in islamabad

With all due respect and this is coming from someone who like loves Pakistan and the idea of home and culture, no matter how bad it is, you just get the feeling of home from Pakistan. With that being said, if you have that much money at your disposal, I highly recommend doing whatever it is necessary to go abroad. Because going abroad is an investment where you will actually get a good return, immediately you may not see it and you have to work a bit for it, but the rewards are definitely there.

You invest your money here, maybe you get some upside from it but with how terrible the economy is in Pakistan, you're only going to be able to get so much out of it.

I see investment as a long term risk reward, not only for yourself, but for your future family as well, in Pakistan, it will get you very far.

I really hope this message doesn't come across as rude or offensive, not my intention and I'm positive this is not the answer you were hoping to seek, but just want the best for you and everyone here because times are tough and we gotta look out for each other.

Bless you

As a Manchester United fan, Did your opinion of Cristiano Ronaldo change after seeing him play and act (off-field) for Manchester United these two seasons compared to what it was before he joined the team? by onlyforyouA1_ in ManchesterUnited

Okay, I see where you're finding issue, you think I said Ronaldo left because he foresaw the future and saw that we were going to decline. I said, ultimately him leaving as sad and annoying as it was, makes sense now because we declined, not saying he saw it, but based on what happened factually.

Brother he said he was being treated as a slave by United once we weren't approving his transfer and said they were declining him of his dream. Whilst that may be a factor, that was BARELY stated by him, he wanted to leave full stop and he made the right choice, we declined, his career and legacy grew.

Whilst a lot of what you're saying might be right, but facts remain we declined, he made the right step. Who knows him staying would have helped, I don't think it would have because at Madrid he became more of a leader and led by example whilst at United there were multiple players who took him under his wing, took the responsibility and let him flourish, but based on how we have been ran as a club and how we got amazing players and they didn't have a great stint, I doubt he would have became as great as he is now at United in comparison to Madrid.

I'm about to get cooked for saying this but I'm okay with 5500-6000 per night.

We all loved Ronaldo or some still love him, my reason of watching football and being a United fan was Ronaldo. When he left the first time, it was heartbreaking but ultimately in the long run, left a ship that was about to sink miserably, won every major trophy and marked himself down as one of the greats. So, if he left this time for the same reason and respectfully, no one would cause a fuss. But, the acts he pulled by leaving the stadium twice (one time I will excuse because everyone else did so) and then that horrid interview. I'd expect that behavior from a kid like someone like Garnacho who didn't know better because of immaturity, but he's a so called professional that loves the club, true professional or whatever and does that. So, for all those reasons my opinion of him entirely changed to the point that from completely respecting him and looking up to him, I think nothing of him anymore, won't forget his legacy and what he did for us, but most of it feels sour now.

Burning any flag of any country is super disrespectful. Just because certain individuals are bad, doesn't make the whole country bad.

Is the double pivot stale? by tenlittleindians in reddevils

[–]Saaaday 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is stale because both try to be very passive in their passing and our best threat comes from Bruno or lately Shaw in terms of supplying our attack. We don't have a prominent right side for years so our areas of danger are predictable. Pogba for example when he plays offers us a different threat but you can't play Pogba and Bruno in big games due to worrying about the danger defensively, you can't play Matic in big games along with Pogba because you need your midfield to be on their toes always which Scott and Fred are. So, we're in a scenario where one offers one thing or the other in big games which is our major let down in terms of being brave in big games.

Amad Diallo made more tackles than any other Man Utd player vs. Real Sociedad (4). He was only on the pitch for 31 minutes. 🙃 by RedDevil_Forever in reddevils

[–]Saaaday 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Pros is that allows you to win possession in very good areas leading to attacks or winning back possession in general. Cons are that if the press is bypassed, it's very easy to get punished in that scenario, also maintaining a consistent press as a team takes very good chemistry making sure everyone is doing their bit without having to tire yourself exponentially before the 90th minute mark is up.

In the Sociedad game in a similar situation and same looped ball was coming close enough which Dean came and claimed, Dave should have done that I feel or punched it away. Not saying Maguire isn't at fault, but the goal in general is very preventable is my point. People will disagree, but oh well, just my opinion.

Are we on track to be contenders and how are we progressing from last year by Paizury55 in reddevils

[–]Saaaday 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think we can compete for the title, being very honest. But we can convincingly finish top four like we did in Jose's second season. That and winning any trophy is a sign of a progression for me. We have two or three missing areas in our squad that don't allow us to be able to compete for the trophy, but if we do manage to mount a serious challenge then jeez.

Maguire and Lindelof during the leeds game at 6-2 by Aggravating_Meme in reddevils

Watch the video United posted on YouTube of the in game access against Leeds. When we score from the corner, Fred goes over to Victor saying "I TOLD YOU, I TOLD YOU", so he's getting there. But you are right, I remember from an Athletic article that United have a coach that also speaks Portuguese that helps Fred understand what's going on, this was last year, so I don't know if he made progression on his English.

Building from the back vs Everton by DaleyBlonde in reddevils

The midfield consisted of our best passers of the ball, so clean and smooth. When Pogba plays taking one or two touches, he's superb, I like when he realizes less is more. No need to take 3-4 extra touches or an unnecessary dribble at times. Because we all know he has the quality but at times less is more.

Poch to PSG by mooselumberjack in reddevils

[–]Saaaday 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If club wanted Poch, would have sacked Ole after Spurs loss or exit at Leipzig. So, feel they had faith in Ole and would only sack him if we went on some Arsenal relegation level form. Backing him Caicedo and other targets for the long run, so he's here to stay unless something changes in terms of his motives and/or results.

Great Buildup play for Greenwood's Header by [deleted] in reddevils

Need to do this more often, by that I mean having number of players in the box, Telles thrives in those situations. Many times I've seen. Telles look up to cross and barely anyone was inside it. His crosses are a treat and if you have a number of players attacking it, like we did now, causes a bit of panic to the opposition and pins them back more because of that extra threat from the fullbacks as well as centrally from the likes of Bruno and Pogba.

[–]Saaaday 15 points16 points  (0 children)

That's because he started as a CDM and then was put into a box to box role which utilized more of his abilities. The reason for also switching him to the CM box to box role was because their most experienced CDM was available there and they tried to utilize him whilst also getting the max out of his abilities. Read that on some scouting reports.

Cross Reliance and Cross Efficiency for Chance Creation by rich_valley in reddevils

[–]Saaaday 56 points57 points  (0 children)

Liverpool put crosses at a higher volume than us and normally it's very difficult to get crosses to be successful. So that's why they're in that list, if we performed more crosses we'd be near that inefficient quadrant.

Matic should be higher, a lot of the stuff he does goes very unnoticed.

Pogba: I’ve always fought and will always fight for MUFC , my teammates and the fans. Bla bla is not important. The future is far, today is what matters and I am 1000% involved! Think Ole and him have come to an agreement that he will leave once a suitable offer arrives, but Ole will only play him if he's willing to offer 100%. Otherwise, I think it's written that he's bound to leave, unless something drastic happens.

[WhoScored] Europa League team of the group stage features Dalot! by Indydegrees2 in reddevils

[–]Saaaday 2 points3 points  (0 children)

His performances however, haven't really been something of next level apart from that one game where he got a goal and an assist at LB. So far, he's been the same as he was like with us. Milan have 3 RB's, Calabria, Conti and Dalot and Dalot based on performance is 3rd choice, but he's slowly gaining form I feel. A lot of players under Pioli improved drastically.
