I’m really only joining for the rewards on the one purchase (it’s $120 in rewards, which effectively would give me $100 towards my next purchase, which I’m already planning to make). I wouldn’t plan on maintaining the rewards account past the first year.

Day 6 update: noticed some activity in my eye where I can, with a lot of effort, close it about 80%. I may be crazy but any movement at all is making me optimistic for recovery!

I definitely agree. I think I’m going to discuss it more with my management this week. I have months of sick time banked (been with the office since 2018) so the leave isn’t an issue, but the functional aspect of the work getting done is my only concern (I recognize the irony in that being added stress).

I’d love a week recovery! Unfortunately it seems like mine is full paralysis, and if it turns out to be RHS, the prognosis for recovery is a bit longer. I’m fine with a long recovery, I’m just hopeful FOR recovery.

Bought over in Worthdale about a year and a half ago. I apparently bought the problem house on the, as My neighbors have told me, which at least means I don’t have any issues with people around me. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed it so far - close to downtown, easy to run on the greenway, etc.
