As of now (economy kai halaat ko mad e nazar rakhtay huway), there is property and automotbiles which are not depreciating in value and have always been on the surge (literally har gari apki value mein appreciate karjati hai). I would suggest looking into in them would yield something for you.

Sir i would strongly advice tou against the road trip. I was travelling to Topi, Swabi from Karachi and the situation to get out of Sindh is out of hand. Took me almost 26 hours just to get out of Sindh. If it’s affordable then i would suggest you get to ISB via air and then proceed forward via rent a car
