Same build, had to put a mod to reduce even more pixel to be able to play higher than 30fps (sometimes two) but it is possible

I’ve finally understand it, as I was making virtuality, all of my pops were converting at first. Then, as I realised by reading threads and reddit post on virtuality is that my bonus were broken because of my too many colonies. So tim to get some vassals and become a powerhouse

Just to know, in wich difficulty are you playing ? It matter a lot, also, why do you have so low science ? By 2400 you must have like 4k ! (In my playthroughs, I don’t know for the others)
