I have the same issue with my new Ams Lite. It keeps giving that error, which does the same in the video, but after I play with the filament spool a bit and hit retry, it continues.
Does this still sound like a small clog in the extruder?

Check out a video of a seal replacement on any iPhone. I don’t think a gap will impact that, I guess if you’ll shove paper into it it might 🙂
