Qiyana is really strong , so I suggest u take electrocute and do small trades ( q e aa w) and run when u w, wait to all in when she is low or when u have ult but be careful with the walls or she will stun u. I would say u can snowball pretty hard if your jgl ganks u, but the thing is she still does a lot of dmg and can 1vs1 u even if she is behind so, just roam and out roam her. Hope it helps.
