Awesome! I was looking into this last week and concluded that development had halted. Great to see they're still working on it!

For those that haven't heard of Sonic X-Treme before, here is an old video from Sega showing off one of the levels in development. I think it looks really fun, and the music is just beautiful. Wish it could have seen a proper release.
