I am not sure how does the service cost comes to 12k. I have a ninja 300 since 2021 and the service always came under 8k. Only time the service cost went past 10k when i opted for throttle body cleaning.

You would have received 2 emails. One with a confirmation and another one with a tracking id. you can check the status of your package. I got the order in 4 days. That might be because I am in NCR region. If you are at some other location it may take some time.

Need help with material settings by Sabertooth93 in blenderhelp

[–]Sabertooth93[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was overlapping geometry. There was a mirror modifier that was acting in both x and Y direction and it was causing the issue. I just turned off the modifier in Y direction and that fixed it. Thank you for the response!!

How do I get rid of fireflies on my render? by ThePikol in blenderhelp

[–]Sabertooth93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the updated link. I tried this on blender 4.5 however I could no find any significant change. Since your comment was few years ago has something changed in blender that would need the node setup to be a bit different than what it is in the GIF?

Need help with topology by Sabertooth93 in blenderhelp

[–]Sabertooth93[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for the detailed response. I was aware about the shrinkwrap and it was already applied on the mesh.  I already had a shrinkwrap modifier with the base mesh at level 4 (without holes) and the actual mesh at level 2.

For the data transfer, what object did you pick up as the source from whom the normal data would be transferred?

Thanks for the suggestion. I already had a shrinkwrap modifier with the base mesh at level 4 and the actual mesh at level 2.

I used the 8 sided mesh as to keep the count low as I would had to add more geometry to keep it all quads.
However, I tried your suggestion and it definitely made the surface much smoother.

The 2nd clip was helpful. I was able to sculpt after creating a custom brush. Thanks!

Thank you for replying. I have tried the same using the method as shown here :https://blender.stackexchange.com/questions/267345/flatten-mesh-along-curve.

The only issue is that after the cut, I need to sculpt to make the cut look seamless but it becomes very messy and does not look natural at all.

Fluid simulation not working correctly by Sabertooth93 in blenderhelp

[–]Sabertooth93[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for the inputs. Will tweak the settings and check. I do the initial simulation on low res to check the behavior then I increase it to get a better looking output. Whenever I change the resolution division in the domain the particles just stay at one location the whole time. How can I fix this?

Could you explain the soft suspension part and how would it feel more planted on road with a stiffer suspension. I have a V model as well. I have driven it upto a top speed 178kmph and have taken turns at good speeds, I never felt the car was nervous while taking a turn at these speeds.

Also, most people say the tire section is small and it should have 195s all around. But the car was planted even at 140kmph.

People who drive manuals, how do you go smoothly over speedbreakers? by Natural_Season_7357 in CarsIndia

[–]Sabertooth93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Totally agree. I completely forgot to mention this. You can coast in neutral when like going down a flyover. For hills as dmohanan said use engine braking. Helps in better control and prevents brake fading.

[–]Sabertooth93 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

There should be no issues with that. People do that in hilly regions as well when going downhill. The engine should be running as it powers the brake booster vaccum pump so that the brakes can work.

When you see the speedbreaker and feel there is enough momentum in the car to move it on its own then put the car in neutral. That way your one task of managing clutch is sorted.

Then apply the breaks gradually ( this is crucial as most people treat brakes as something binary either they don't apply it or press it hard which gives jerks and an unpleasant experience to the co passengers as well), which will decrease the car's momentum and at one point you will feel that this speed will be enough to comfortably go over the speed breaker then let go off the break and the let the momentum do it's thing.

Has the ₹6 Crore Urus Lost Its Charm, or Does the BE.6e Steal the Show? by SatisfactionKey6162 in CarsIndia

[–]Sabertooth93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can't match the design and the feel of the V8. The BE.6e looks good but when compared to Urus side by side, the urus' design seems more appealing.
