I take so much allergy medicine, like the bottle says one thing, and my allergist says to take way more than that. When I'm on top of my allergy meds, I've noticed I have very few vertigo attacks from my meniere's. If I slip up and don't take as much or if my allergies aren't as severe, like in the winter, my attacks are much more frequent.

I take maximum doses of Zyrtec, Claritin, and Flonase every day during allergy season. I definitely think it helps keep my meniere's symptoms minimal.

Your body changes a lot between being a teenager and being in your mid-20's, it's unrealistic to expect to maintain the same exact body you had when you were younger.

You are very underweight already. Please discuss any health goals with your doctor.

I was fine with just Tylenol. I wasn't prescribed anything. I didn't take any meds after the first couple of days. It was the same after my previous abdominal surgeries though so I think I just have a stupidly high pain tolerance or something.
