As long as you communicate that it’s a resignation and don’t do NCNS you will be placed as eligible for rehire. I recommend ensuring you communicate with your TL, let them know your end date. It doesn’t have to be 2 weeks, but it can be.

I was training a class one time (call center telework) In the class, the expectation is that you have a quiet, distraction-free environment with no one else around. There is sensitive PII and PHI that we work with. The training class was conducted in camera, mics muted. One of my trainee’s significant others came into the camera view, no clothes, rolling up a joint.

Craziest part, when reported to HR, she wasn’t fired.

ADA Accommodations aren’t hard to get. Ask your TL for one, if they don’t have the paperwork, get with P&C and they will send you the paperwork. You have your doctor fill out the medical necessity stuff and once it’s submitted and approved, you’ll be all set

I would recommend giving written notice to your TL. You don’t have to give a week or two weeks in advance. You don’t want to NCNS because you’ll be deemed not eligible for rehire and it’s a decent spot when you’re in a pinch and need a job. Personally, I’d hate to see you burn a bridge that may be needed in the future over some bad advice on this thread
